The method of service line replacement will depend on the property; it may be completed by open trench installation or directional bore between the water main and meter within the house. No pre-bid meeting is required for this meeting. Bid submissions shall include one USB storage device and two copies (one marked “Original” and one marked “Copy”) submitted together in one sealed envelope/package and received by the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:00 PM local time, on April 16, 2026. All timely received bids will be publicly opened and read. Clarifications, modifications, or amendments may be made to this solicitation at the discretion of the City and the City’s Engineers. Any and all addenda issued by the City will be posted on the MITN Purchasing Group page of BidNet Direct.
