Bidders are encouraged to utilize certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises to the maximum extent possible when responding to this solicitation. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received when such a waiver is in the best interest of Charles County.
