This solicitation is subject to mandatory Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) subcontractor participation goals, as established by Charles County Government. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received when such a waiver is in the best interest of Charles County.
