The wells will be constructed at a site in southern Bay County, within the St. Andrews State Park. A specific capacity test lasting up to a minimum of 48 hours will be performed on the Floridan aquifer monitoring well. Work must be scheduled to accomplish both drilling and testing activities in a single mobilization. It is anticipated that the proposed work will start October 2026 and take approximately three (3) months to complete.
