    The Northwest Florida Water Management District (District), 81 Water Management Drive, Havana, Florida 32333, is soliciting bids for “Well Construction and Aquifer Testing in Bay County, Florida” to include the construction and testing of one (1) Floridan aquifer monitoring well, one (1) intermediate aquifer monitoring well, and one (1) surficial aquifer monitoring well. The wells will be constructed at a site in southern Bay County, within the St. Andrews State Park. A specific capacity test lasting up to a minimum of 48 hours will be performed on the Floridan aquifer monitoring well. Work must be scheduled to accomplish both drilling and testing activities in a single mobilization. It is anticipated that the proposed work will start October 2026 and take approximately three (3) months to complete.
