    Public notice is hereby given that the City of Lynnwood, Washington has issued the above solicitation for Street Sweeper and Catch Basin Debris Disposal & Material Hauling Services

     

    Detailed information and the proposal documents are available at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lynnwoodwa, the City of Lynnwood’s designated electronic bidding platform with OpenGov (formally ProcureNow). Interested firms or individuals must complete a FREE registration prior to downloading or submitting an electronic response.

     

    The City of Lynnwood assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and the Civil Rights Restoration Act 1987 (P.L. 100.259), be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any City sponsored program or activity.     The City of Lynnwood Public Works Department is in need of a service provider to haul the City's street sweeper debris and catch basin debris for disposal. Additionally, the service provider will occasionally haul materials (sand, rock, gravel, brush, etc.) to and from our material provider, Interwest Construction.

    SCOPE: Contractor will haul and appropriately dispose of designated materials from Lynnwood Operations and Maintenance Center, as requested by PW Manager. Contractor will also frequently be requested to deliver materials to the LOMC from source (sand, rock, gravel, etc.).

    All equipment for loading materials will be provided by the City.

    Truck and Trailer to be loaded by driver.

     

    Estimated annual value: $150,000.00
