ITB-74-26 - Shadycrest and Creekview Drainage & Paving, Water Line & Wastewater Improvement Project

The reconstruction of streets and associated drainage, paving, and utility improvements within the Shadycrest and Creekview Subdivisions in the City of Pearland. The project includes regrading existing roadside ditches; installing storm sewers, culverts, reinforced concrete box culverts, junction boxes, and inlets; and performing in-place recycling and asphalt pavement overlay. Additional work includes the installation of new 8-inch diameter water lines with associated fire hydrants, valves, and service connections, as well as new 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer gravity mains in the south area shown on the plans. All labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work are included.
