The scope includes updating the restroom facilities and replacing the aging sanitary and domestic water piping throughout the building. A video inspection of all piping located below the building’s slab foundation shall be performed to assess pipe integrity and determine whether pipe lining is a feasible alternative to full replacement in order to avoid any modification to the existing slab. The project also includes enclosing portions of the existing exterior arcade to accommodate the locker room expansion.
