Ocean Blvd, and bordered on the south by Worth Ave. The general location of the proposed work within Phase 6S is bordered on the north by Royal Poinciana Way, and bordered on the south by Seabreeze Ave. Phase 6 also includes the 100 block of Seaview Ave, South County Road and South Ocean Blvd to Royal Palm Way. The general location of the proposed work within Phase 7N is bordered on the north by Laurian Ln, and bordered on the south by Bahama Ln. Work also includes milling and resurfacing the Seaview Tennis Center parking lot and Bradley Place from Royal Poinciana to Dunbar Rd. Work includes the adjustment or replacement of existing manhole rims, storm inlet grates, valve boxes prior to resurfacing and includes the milling and resurfacing of the listed streets. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. The Town shall have the ability consider other factors, in addition to price, when determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder once the bid closes. These factors include, but are not limited to: A. The ability, capacity, equipment, and skill of the bidder to perform the award. B. The ability to provide documentation demonstrating capability of providing materials at quoted price(s). C. Whether the bidder can perform the award within the time specified, without delays or interference. D. The character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience, and efficiency of the bidder. E. The quality of performance of previous contracts. F. The previous and existing compliance by the bidder with laws and ordinances relating to the contract. G. The sufficiency of the bidder’s financial resources to perform the award or to provide the service. H. The quality, availability, and adaptability of the supplies or contractual services to the particular use required. I. The ability of the bidder to provide future warranty, maintenance, and service. The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none basis or on a line-by-line basis.
