THIS SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE SOLELY TO THE TOWN'S LIST OF PREQUALIFIED CONTRACTORSThe Town of Palm Beach is seeking bids from contractors, who were prequalified via Town of Palm Beach RFQ No. 2024-31, to remodel the Firehouse Kitchen and Desk area; all terms and conditions of RFQ No. 2024-31 shall apply to the solicitation. The Central Fire Station is located at 355 S County Road, Palm Beach, FL 33480. Bids from firms who did not have a representative in attendance at the MANDATORY Site Visit shall be deemed not responsive and shall not be considered for award.AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none basis or on a line-by-line basis.
