Before submitting a bid, it is incumbent upon each bidder to be informed as to whether any addenda have been issued, and the failure to cover in the bid any such addenda may result in disqualification of that bid. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be submitted through the “Public Purchase” portal linked here: http://www.publicpurchase.com/. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions, if issued, will be posted to the “Public Purchase” portal. Failure of any bidder to receive any such supplementation or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under their bid as submitted. All posts so issued shall become part of the ITB and/or contract documents. All questions related to registration for and use of the “Public Purchase” portal shall be directed to Karyn Leverenz at karyn.leverenz@georgetownky.gov.
