ITB No. 2026-055 - Sand Transfer Plant Crane Replacement and Pipeline Improvements

The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby inviting qualified contractors to submit competitive bids to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct all civil and structural improvements for the Sand Transfer Plant Pipeline Repairs as depicted on the plans and in these specifications to provide a complete and functional system. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. The Town shall have the ability consider other factors, in addition to price, when determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder once the bid closes. The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none basis or on a line-by-line basis.
