    Description

    The proposed work will be contracted to a Contractor, licensed and authorized Warren Environmental products applicator with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience as outlined in Technical Specifications 02767 for Rehabilitation of Manholes, Sanitary Stations and Wet Wells. Also, said Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to construct as detailed in the contract documents. The overall work includes, but is not limited to the following:Rehabilitation of twenty-six (26) manholes, thirteen (13) Detection Stations, two (2) Pump Stations, replacement of eleven (11) Manhole Covers and Rims in the Class I and Class III landfill leachate collection systems, and five (5) Sanitary Lift Stations, including but not limited to cleaning and protective coatings.This will be a phased project. This contract will be an initial two (2) year period with the option to renew for an additional one (1) year, in the AUTHORITY’s sole and unfettered discretion.Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Participation: No APIQuestions and Answers: The AUTHORITY provides a specified time for BIDDERS to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Bonfire by the date and time specified in the bid document (including any addenda). The AUTHORITY will respond to all questions through Bonfire, that may include a written Addendum.Submittal Instructions: BIDDER MUST submit its solicitation response electronically and MUST confirm its submittal in order for the Authority to receive a valid response through Bonfire. Refer to Bonfire for submittal instructions. It is the BIDDER's sole responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received through Bonfire by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The AUTHORITY will not consider bid responses received by other means. BIDDERS are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the BIDDER is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through Bonfire, immediately notify the Bid Contact (Purchasing Agent), and then contact Bonfire for technical assistance.
