    Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes § 143-129 et. seq. and 2 C.F.R. § 200.320(b)(1), Brunswick County (“County” or “Owner”) is soliciting sealed bids for: PLUMBING FOR THE LONGWOOD ROAD SEWER, DWI PROJECT NO. SRP-W-ARP- 0297. Sealed bids must be received by 2:00 PM ET on TUESDAY, March 31, 2026, in the Brunswick County Public Utilities Operations Center located at 250 Grey Water Road NE, Supply, NC 28462 and shortly thereafter the bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. A general description of the work includes, without limitation: installing new building sewer plumbing from the residence to the County-installed grinder pump system and making the physical connection to the pump. The Contractor shall disconnect and properly abandon the existing plumbing from the residence to the septic tank in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits and securing approvals from the County’s permitting departments. All work shall be coordinated with the homeowner and the County as necessary and shall continue through the successful operation of the grinder pump system.
