    Description

    Phase 1 will be solely funded by a grant received by the Owner. Phase 1 of the project will include approximately 1,350 LF of 12-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) PVC-SDR 26 gravity sewer system by open cut installation, ten (10) new manholes, four (4) 8-inch PVC-SDR 26 stub outs, service laterals and cleanouts. Phase 2 of the project will be funded by the Owners capital funds. The second phase of this project includes the installation of approximately 1,650 linear feet of 12-inch PVC-SDR 26 gravity sewer system and approximately 400 linear feet of 12-inch PVC-DR18 forcemain by open-cut installation, nine (9) new manholes, five (5) 8-inch PVC-SDR 26 stub outs, one (1) 4-inch PVC-DR18 forcemain stub out, service laterals and cleanouts. This phase also includes 2,900 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron watermain installed by open cut. Along with the installation of the piping the project consists of connections to existing water mains and manholes, installation of hydrants, valves, fittings, pressure testing, open cut and restoration of associated roadway, driveways, curb, sodding, seeding and other restoration as may be required. All work must be in compliance with the City of Ocoee Engineering Standards Manual. See Section 02100. All work activities shall be required to be in accordance with the permits issued by the respective agencies. All work performed will be required to be done while maintaining the functional operation of the existing reclaim mains.
