ITN No. 2026-043 - Phipps Ocean Park Landscape Maintenance

INTRODUCTION: The Town of Palm Beach, Florida (“the Town”), is hereby soliciting competitive negotiations from qualified Landscape Maintenance Contractors (“Contractor”) to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services at Phipps Ocean Park. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and expertise necessary to meet the service requirements detailed herein. This project presents a new vision for both native areas and botanical garden type areas.
