    This project supersedes the original ROC the Riverway RRCC River Wall Repair and Terrace Expansion project. This revised project scope consists of strategic repairs and rehabilitation of the RRCC’s river wall along the Genesee River, which spans between the East Main Street Bridge and the RG&E Building, to restore the structural integrity of the existing stone masonry and concrete river walls. The scope of the work consists of: 1. River Wall Stabilization – Northern and Southern Sections (Base Bid): Rehabilitating the lower stone masonry and concrete walls below convention center structure outside Alternate 1 work limits to address deterioration at the stone masonry and concrete construction. The work includes stone masonry restoration, repointing, and repairs; grouting of voids; infilling of scour pockets; removal of deteriorated concrete walls; structural repair and epoxy injection of cracks. 2. Alternate No. 1 River Wall Stabilization: Rehabilitating the concrete wall below convention center structure to address deterioration at the concrete construction between Station 1+40 and 2+42 (Northern Section). 3. Alternate No.2 South Loading Dock Wall Replacement and Repair: Replacing the wall in-kind and repairing the lower masonry wall, and South Stair Repair, repairing deteriorated concrete.
