Alternate No. 1 River Wall Stabilization: Rehabilitating the concrete wall below convention center structure to address deterioration at the concrete construction between Station 1+40 and 2+42 (Northern Section). 3. Alternate No.2 South Loading Dock Wall Replacement and Repair: Replacing the wall in-kind and repairing the lower masonry wall, and South Stair Repair, repairing deteriorated concrete.
