The pricing provided in the electronic bid form will be the only valid bid pricing for determination of low bid.(2) The bidder must enter subcontractor information in the electronic bid form. The subcontractor information provided electronically will be the only valid subcontractor information.(3) In addition, the bidder must attach a pdf file(s) to the electronic bid submission containing all of the completed and signed Bid Documents including a Bid Bond.(4) Any bidder wishing to submit a cashier’s check or certified check in lieu of a bid bond must submit such by the bid closing date and time in an envelope clearly labeled with the Project Title, Bid No., Bidder’s Name and Address to the Contracts Office located at 397 Chandler Place, San Bernardino, California 92408, mailing address (U.S.P.S. mail) P.0. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted.
