All prices quoted shall be FOB destination. Unit cost must include all applicable fees including all shipping and handling charges. Bidders must provide pricing for all items listed in the pricing schedule. Failure to provide pricing for any item may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive, unless otherwise permitted by the invitation for bid.In addition to the pricing schedule provided, bidders must submit information regarding the following:• Ordering policies and procedures of firm, including lead times, minimum order requirements, return policy and ordering procedures. Specific information must be provided regarding the ordering capabilities of the firm, and whether or not online order placement is provided by firm.• Supplemental (Non-Listed) Items: Provide information on the availability of janitorial and sanitation-related items not included in the Pricing Schedule. This shall include either (a) a current catalog or (b) a percentage discount off the bidder’s standard catalog or price list for applicable product categories (e.g., cleaning chemicals, trash liners, equipment, etc.). Any catalog or pricing structure submitted shall represent the bidder’s standard commercial pricing and shall be made available to the Columbia Association for review upon request. Discounts or pricing for non-listed items, if awarded, shall remain firm for the initial term of the contract unless otherwise approved. Supplemental (non-listed) item pricing, catalogs, or discounts are required for contract administration purposes only and will not be considered in determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Award will be based solely on the total price of items listed in the Pricing Schedule.
