    Description

    The City of Los Angeles (City), through its Economic and Workforce Development Department (EWDD) and the “Subrecipient”, Destination Crenshaw (DC) invite experienced and qualified Contractors and Subcontractors to submit bid proposals for the scope listed below. EWDD and DC reserve the right to cancel this RFB. Bids will be received until 11:00PM on Wednesday, April 10th, via electronic submission at the associated RAMPLA opportunity page. For bids to be considered, bidders must attend a mandatory job-walk at 10:00AM on Wednesday, April 1st, at the DC Offices at 5462 Crenshaw Blvd , Los Angeles. RSVP instructions are below. It is expected that Service Provider(s) will be selected no later than April 27th, 2026, and a Contract/Agreement between the Subrecipient and the Service Provider entered into as soon as April 30, 2026. All agreements related to this RFB are subject to EWDD’s General Manager’s approval. All bidders will be required to certify that they are not on the federal Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended, and Negligible Contractors list. Successful bidders will be required to comply with all nondiscrimination laws and regulations pursuant to the provisions of these contract documents. City, EWDD, and DC reserve the right to postpone, accept, or reject any and all bids deemed in the best interest of the Program and its administrators, subject to the terms and provisions of the contract documents.
