Location: East of Panguitch lake approximately 8 miles southwest of Panguitch, Utah.Mandatory Site Visit: None: Bidders are urged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.Length of Contract: Project may be started on April 15, 2026 and must be completed by June 01, 2026.Vendor must guarantee its pricing through the completion of the project.
