The University reserves the right to award up to two (2) Job Order Contracts from this bid (PW2508) to the two (2) lowest responsive bidders. Should the University choose to award more than one (1) Job Order Contract, it shall occur no later than sixty (60) calendar days after the date of the bid opening.The Trustees will select a Contractor using a two-step process: (1) this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and (2) the Request for Proposals (RFP) which the Trustees will issue to the shortlisted firms.
