Job Order Contracts 27001, 27002, 27003, 27004, 27005; Master Contract #’s: 902763, 902764, 902765, 902766, 902767 (“Project” or “Contract”).
The County’s competitive selection process will proceed in two steps as follows:
The Project is more specifically defined in the Project Documents. Each JOC is an indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which the Contractor will perform a variety of projects, consisting of specific construction tasks, at different locations. The scope of work for the JOC Contracts is for general major maintenance, ADA improvements, repair, remodel, and other repetitive related work to be performed for the County. The County may use these JOC Contracts for job orders that utilize federal funds.
Contractor has current California contractor's license in the required classification.
Contractor has liability insurance.
Contractor has workers' compensation insurance.
Contractor's notarized surety statement is attached to their submittal.
Contractor is currently registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
Contractor agrees to be bound by the project labor agreement.
Contractor has a written Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program.
Contractor license has not been revoked in the last five years.
Surety Firm has not completed a contract on behalf of Contractor in last five years.
Contractor has not been in bankruptcy within the last five years.
Contractor was not without Workers’ Compensation insurance within the last five years.
