    The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin (“Authority”) is seeking proposals from highly experienced agencies to provide consulting services and personnel for Jobs Plus service coordination specializing in employment, economic empowerment, and self-sufficiency supportive services to families residing in public housing site of Diablo Homes in Tracy, California. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the PublicPurchase.com website by 2:00 P.M. on Monday, March 9, 2026. Proposals must be digitally submitted through PublicPurchase.com as a “SINGLE PDF DOCUMENT” before 2:00 P.M. local time on Monday, March 23, 2026. Proposals received after this time may not be considered. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the bidding.
