Introduction Tarrant County College (TCC)is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide job ordercontracting services across multiple trades to perform miscellaneous minorconstruction repair services. TCC intendsto award this work through Job Order Contracts as outlined in Section 2269,subchapter I, of the Texas Education Code, (see Appendix A). This RFP isintended to establish a pool of contractors capable of delivering timely,high-quality maintenance, repair, renovation, and minor construction servicesto support campus operations. TCC, a premier educational institution servingthe greater Tarrant County region, is committed to maintaining safe,functional, and welcoming facilities for students, faculty, and staff. The joborder contracting approach enables the college to respond efficiently to a widerange of service needs through pre-qualified, reliable partners.
