The project will include installation of new 18''-60'' storm sewer piping and drainage structures; new 8'' sanitary sewer main piping and manholes; new 8'' and 12'' water mains; reconnecting sanitary sewer and water services; relocation of existing utilities where necessary; saw-cutting and demolition of existing road and parking lots; milling and overlay portions of existing road; new full-depth pavement and curb and gutter for road and parking lots; new sidewalks; installation of a retaining wall; re-striping and re-signing roadway and parking lots; traffic control; erosion control (installation, maintenance, and removal); and permanent stabilization. The Contractor is expected to coordinate all lane/road/parking lot closures necessary throughout construction with the City Engineer. The Contractor will be required to maintain good communication and coordination with the Project Engineer and the City Engineer throughout construction of the project.
