A mandatory site visit will be conducted at 10:00 am on March 11th, 2026 with Mendon Road Commissioner, Chris Baird. Please meet at the project location on Journeys End parking on the right side of the paved section of the road to maintain access to the end of the road. If you are unable to attend this site visit, please contact Chris Baird at 802-770-2169. The lowest qualified bidder will be determined by the lowest bid price written in words and upon satisfactory review of qualifications and references. Please use the bid sheet included in the invitation to bid along with your supporting information that can be submitted with the bid sheet. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit a bid.
