    Judea Depot PFAS Treatment Washington,CT All proposals for the Judea PFAS Treatment; Depot, CT will be submitted through the Aquarion Water Company’s (AWC) E-Bid system and will remain sealed until Friday, June 19th 2026 3:30 PM current local time, at which time and place the results summary will be available online and reviewed by AWC. This bid is for the construction of a new treatment building at Judea Depot Well Station located at 32 Cook Street Washington CT. The new building will house an AIX resin system, Phosphate, Hypo and Caustic Chem Feed systems to treat for PFAS and adjust pH. Scope of work includes civil, mechanical, electrical and P&ID. A mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, May 28th, 2026 at 10:00 am at the project site 16 Titus Rd, Washington CT. Summary of Project Bidding Dates: Deadline to Submit Requests for Clarifications: June 10th 2026 4:30 PM Bid Closing: June 19th 2026 @ 3:30 p.m. Upon receipt of this RFP, please be sure to indicate your intention to bid, or not bid by communicating your decision through the electronic bid portal (Aquarion.Procureware.com). Any technical or commercial questions regarding the bid or bid documents should be communicated through the “Clarifications Tab” in the Aquarion.Procureware.com system portal. Any Contract or Contracts awarded under this Invitation for Bid is expected to be funded in part by the State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and/or the Department of Public Health. Neither the State of Connecticut nor any of its departments, agencies or employees is or will be a party to this invitation for Bids or any resulting Contract. This procurement will be subject to the requirements contained in subsections (h), (j) and (o) of Section 22a-482-4 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. A copy of these Regulations is included in the Document 00005 – SRF Special Project Procedures, Attachment F. Aquarion Water Company reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Note: Bid, Performance, and Payment Bonds will be required for this project.
