Intent: The City and Borough of Juneau (City or CBJ) and its enterprise entity, the Juneau International Airport (JNU) are soliciting proposals from highly qualified firms to manage and operate a comprehensive commercial advertising concession. Any changes to CBJ issued documents will be in the form of an addendum to the solicitation and will be issued as promptly as possible to all plan holders. All such addenda will become part of the solicitation. Submission Instructions: Late responses will not be accepted. Consultants are provided the opportunity to acknowledge, acknowledge with exceptions, or not accept the required documents. Complete and submit ACDBE Active Participant Form (ATTACHMENT E). Upload PDF of your RFP Response as specified. Review Attachments: This RFP includes specific requirements outlined in ATTACHMENTS A, B, C and D. Proposers should review these documents thoroughly. The successful Consultant is expected to comply with these requirements and will be required to execute a CBJ concessions contract upon award.
