    Description

    The Chester County Juvenile Probation Department (hereafter referred to as the Department or JPO) is seeking proposals from qualified service provider(s) (herein referred to as Provider) with experience providing a variety of services to youth and families. The Department is seeking contracts with one or more providers to deliver Case Management Services and Competency-Based Services for the Youth Pre-Arrest Diversion Program Question Period – A period for asking questions regarding this RFP will be held from the release of the proposal through Monday, January 26, 2026. All questions must be submitted electronically to the Public Purchase website. Answers to all questions will be posted to the Public Purchase website by Tuesday, February 3, 2026. All responses to this Request for Proposals must be submitted according to the format provided above. Only electronic submissions will be accepted. All responses must be received by email no later than 12:00pm on Friday March 13, 2026. Proposals should be sent electronically to the Public Purchase website. Interviews, if determined to be necessary by the Departments, are anticipated to be scheduled during the week of April 6, 2026.
