1.2 Purpose of this RFP EdPlus is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive K-12 Artificial Intelligence Platform that supports teachers, students, and administrators. The selected platform(s) must enable safe, controlled, and pedagogically sound use of AI in K-12 classrooms, provide teachers with tools for instructional efficiency, and maintain strict data privacy, security, and compliance standards appropriate for the K-12 environment. This RFP is intended to be a multi-award opportunity. EdPlus reserves the right to award contracts to more than one vendor to provide member districts with a range of AI platform options. Question/Answer period will run from July 22-August 12th at 3 pm central standard time. No questions will be answered after August 12th in regards to the RFP. All questions should be asked through Public Purchase and all answers will be posted on the site as well.
