The New York State Canal Corporation (hereafter, the "CANAL" and/or "NYSCC") a Subsidiary of the New York Power Authority (hereafter, "NYPA" and/or "The Authority") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to seeks to equipall dredging units with DQM-compliant instrumentation and data reporting systems. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, software, and expertise necessaryt o install and certify DQM systems on all identified dredge plants, including mechanical dredges, pipeline (hydraulic) dredges, and scows, in accordance with applicable USACE DQM specifications and quality assurance certification procedures administered by the USACE Mobile District DQM Team. A description of the required supporting services and details are located in the RFP on NYPA's Ariba platform.
