COBURN - SANDS BUILDING, BIG POND & BAILLOU HILL ROAD All persons must have the correct PPE as per the following or they will not be allowed access to the site: Hard Hat Safety Shoes Safety Glasses Hi-visibility Vest The following stages describes in general, but does not limit the scope of the Services which the Contractor shall be required to perform for two (2) Years: (a) K9 Guard Dog Services with fully trained handler and dog. (b) Handler and handler dog (K9 team) patrolling the premises for the contracted period so as to provide a reliable deterrent to intrusions. (c) Maintaining a high-visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, looking directly, either through foot patrols, or indirectly by responding to intruder alarm systems and signs of crime (d) Taking action to minimize trespassing (such as warning trespassers to stay off property), and reporting any incidents to their clients and emergency services (such as the police) or as appropriate. (e) Dog must be kept on a leash at all times. (f) The dog foul must be collected by the handler and discarded appropriately.
