    Description

     Interior renovations to the residence rooms, offices, and community spaces on four (3) vertical “stacks” on four floors of theexisting dorm facility. This project will improve maintenance capability in the balcony style residence halls. We will be replacing all vertical sanitaryplumbing components in each stack, (4 stories) and replacing plumbing fixtures on each side of the stack. Work in each suite will include new sinks (2),toilets (2), shower, floor drain, fixture supply lines, clean outs, new shower plumbing fixtures and associated parts/piping (drain, shower arm/head, singlelever valve). Replacement of any horizontal main piping in the crawl space is not included in the scope of work. The replacement shower material will beWiltcher Industries Solid Surface (shower pans, walls, trim, soap /shampoo holder, footrests). The work will include new toilet exhaust system (includingnew roof mounted exhaust at each stack, new toilet finishes and accessories) in each toilet.
