As an additive alternate, CM/GC services may be extended to include additional storage facility construction and associated site work at the City Building & Parks Maintenance property. This scope is based on funding availability and a determination will be made prior to contract approval. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in a bid and to reject any and all bids without cause.
