    Description

    Project Work: The Project consists of partial demolition, full renovation, and new construction for the Kelseyville Senior Event Center in Kelseyville, CA. Work to include: A. Demolition of interior B. Renovation of interior - Floors, walls, ceilings - Lighting & Electrical - Commercial grade kitchen - Mini-Split (3 heads), - 1300cfm ERV C. 462 sq ft addition D. New roofing including roof deck insulation E. Civil Improvements – New paving at Third & Saderlund Street, new trench drain added to existing, new storm drain main section, accessible parking and sidewalk improvements. F. Structural Improvements - The structural scope will generally include the partial demolishment of roof, CMU walls, and foundation elements. New construction will generally consist of new foundations, CMU wall construction, and structural framing members including prefabricated metal plated wood trusses. G. Exterior Building Improvements - Partial demolition and reconstruction of block wall - New Class A metal roof or alternate Class C asphalt shingle, including gutter and downspouts to existing ground pipes. - Repair and paint existing CMU walls. - Addition of corner tower and gabled entry. - Addition of aluminum framed windows into existing CMU wall. - Reconstruction of planter on Third Street façade. With the exception of any OWNER FURNISHED PRODUCTS identified in Section 01 64 00 of the Specifications, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, services, transportation, waste disposal, facilities and other required items necessary to complete the following work in strict accordance with all of the Contract Documents. Contractor is responsible for coordinating ordering materials, receiving and unloading all materials at site, safely stage and load all materials to roof. Permits: The Contractor is to obtain required building permit(s) but the County will pay the issuing agency directly for the cost of said permit(s). Work and material not specifically listed in the proposal but required in the Plans, Specifications, and general construction practice, shall be included in the bid price. No separate payment will be made for these incidental items.
