WHERE & WHEN TO SUBMIT BID Bids will only be received electronically by the City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities via Bid Express (www.bidexpress.com). Bids are due July 29th, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time. Bids will be opened electronically and responding bids will immediately be posted to Bid Express as “Apparent Bids.” The responding bids will be further reviewed before any contract award is made. No public bid openings will be held pursuant to Columbus City Code Chapter 329.18. DRAWINGS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Drawings and technical specifications are available as separate documents at www.bidexpress.com. Drawings and technical specifications are contract documents. PRE-BID CONFERENCE There will be no pre-bid conference for this project. Submit questions as directed below.
