    INVITATION TO PROPOSERS The Kearns Improvement District (KID) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation and associated lateral reinstatements within the District’s sanitary sewer system. Qualified contractors with demonstrated experience in municipal sewer rehabilitation are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the requirements outlined herein.PROJECT OVERVIEW The project consists of rehabilitation of existing gravity sanitary sewer mains using CIPP lining methods and reinstatement of active service laterals. Work includes, but is not limited to:Cleaning and CCTV inspection of sewer mains CIPP lining of approximately 2292 linear feet of 8” diameter clay sanitary sewer Robotic reinstatement of approximately 65 service laterals Trimming and sealing of reinstated laterals Post-installation CCTV inspection Bypass pumping Traffic control Final documentation and warranty All work shall comply with applicable ASTM standards, Utah state regulations, and KID technical requirements.
