    NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDS

    Kingman Municipal Airport PAPI Project

    2025-IFB-033

     

    The City of Kingman is soliciting sealed bids (Invitation for Bids or "IFB") from qualified vendors capable of providing Replacement of the existing Runway 3-21 and 17-35 Precision Approach Path Indicators (PAPIs), including the PAPI control unit, cable, and other components deemed in need of replacement, and installation of new LED PAPI systems.. Please see IGM - PAPI - Spec attachment for details.

    The IFB may be obtained by visiting the City of Kingman’s procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofkingman.

    Bids must be submitted through the OpenGov procurement portal.

    Bidders wishing to submit questions must do so through the procurement portal by no later than 5:00 pm, Arizona time, on Monday, January 26, 2026

    Bids are due by 11:00 am, Arizona time, on Monday, February 9, 2026. The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any bid when cancellation is in the best interest of the City.
