Plans and specifications may only be purchased at the office of the City Engineer at 862 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, CA 93612 at the non-refundable price of $40.00 per set. Checks shall be made payable to the City of Kingsburg. Only those who have purchased plans and specifications from the office of the City Engineer will be considered eligible prime bidders. Plan holder names may be obtained from Peters Engineering Group (559) 299-1544. Inquiries regarding this project should be directed to David Peters, City Engineer at dpeters@peters-engineering.com . Oral explanations or interpretations of plans and specifications are not binding.
