Scope of services is expected to include programming, space planning, phasing and feasibility analysis, and design documentation to support future capital-funded construction project(s). Firms should demonstrate experience with higher education facilities, healthcare or clinical learning environments including nursing simulation labs, physical and occupational therapy laboratories, and phased project delivery.
