    Description

    The State University of New York at Canton will receive sealed bids for project number L23180 titled Campus-Wide Metering Upgrades until 2:00 p.m. local time on February 19, 2026, at French Hall Room 206, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. All Work Proposed Must Be Completed within 180 Calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at the campus and at the following locations. SUNY Canton, Cooper Service Complex, 34 Cornell Drive Canton, NY 13617 Complete sets of Contract Documents for bidding may be downloaded at the below website: http://www.canton.edu/procurement/bid_materials.html A pre-bid walk through will be held February 10, 2026, at 8:00 am with contractors assembling at Cooper Service Complex. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
