Requires the removal of existing encroachingprivate improvements and landscaping within the right-of-way (ROW) as necessary. Constructnew ADA curb ramps and retaining wall, replace driveways, adjust and relocate utilities, and installa modular wetlands BMP. Rebuild the street intersection between La Costa Ct to La Costa Aveto allow for an ADA compliant street crossing. Perform re-striping within the south side of LaCosta Ave to move the existing bike lane south to replace the existing pedestrian path within thestreet pavement adjacent to the existing AC berm and convert the old bike lane into a bike lanebuffer.
