The focus of the workshop will center on effective communication and conflict resolution skills including listening versus hearing, communicating when in conflict, breaking the cycle of mistrust, and how to handle difficult situations such as lack of focus and lack of respect. Agenda building and how to run successful meetings should also be covered. (Please note there will be a half-day assessment for Labor and a halfday assessment for Management before each workshop.) The identified vendor will deliver Labor/Management Committee (LMC) Training based on the description and objectives described in this RFP.
