Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, and the Bid number and title spelled out on the outermost packaging, addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris, and be delivered either in person at the hour designated, or previous thereto by delivery or mail, at: Morris County Administration & Records Building Purchasing Division, 5th Floor, Room 517 P.O Box 900 10 Court Street Morristown, New Jersey, 07963-0900 No bids shall be accepted after the designated time, and Morris County will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
