    The Los Angeles Community College District (“District” and/or “LACCD”) invites Developers (“Proposers”) to submit Qualifications and Proposals for a student housing development at Los Angeles Pierce College (“Pierce College” or “LAPC”) and Los Angeles City College (“City College” or “LACC”) (the “Project” or “project”). The District seeks an innovative and experienced Developer-partner to execute a Public-Private Partnership (“P3”) joint occupancy ground lease to create student housing at the LAPC and LACC campuses. The successful Developer will be responsible for Designing, Building, Financing, Operating and Maintaining (“DBFOM”) the project under a long-term joint occupancy ground lease (collectively, the “Services”) with one or more Developer-affiliated entities (“Developer-Affiliated Entity(es)”) for LAPC and under a separate long-term joint occupancy ground lease for LACC.
