For this project, the SMTC is seeking an experienced consultant, or team of consultants, to complete, at minimum, an evaluation of existing conditions; identification of issues; development of recommendations; development of an implementation plan, to include recommendations, cost estimates, potential future funding sources, and project timing (near/mid/long term), and documentation of all these items as outlined in the Request for Proposals.
