Lake Belton WTP Expansion and Improvements Project - Bid Package 7 Plant 3 Demolition

Work under this Bid Package consists of demolition and removal of existing Plant 3 reactor clarifiers, structures and associated appurtenances within the Plant No. 3 limits at the Lake Belton Water Treatment Plant. Work includes demolition of concrete structures, removal of process equipment, piping, utilities, and miscellaneous appurtenances as shown in the Contract Documents. Abatement and proper disposal of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) identified in the Contract Documents is included and shall be performed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work, including debris handling and disposal, protection of adjacent facilities, and coordination of the work with ongoing plant operations and other bid packages, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
