The Contractor will develop a paving plan that reduces the 'bump' at the rail crossing. ODOT will review and approve the means and methods to facilitate the work. Includes temporary water management facilities and work zone traffic control ODOT has scheduled a pre bid conference on Wednesday July 1, 2026 @ 11:00 am, to be held at Oregon Hwy 140 MP 6.87 at the parking off Blackwell CT next to the Bike path.
