     1. Contractor will be responsible for restoring the area when appropriate as work is complete. Hydromulching/Seeding per plans/specs, Watering, and Establishment. The building area will be restored by a Future Package
  5. Coordination with CMAR for all materials testing.
  6. Site rough grading (+/- 1”) has been completed by a previous contractor. Fine grading will be needed as required.
  7. Laydown yard with flexbase and geogrid
